Cheek implants come in different shapes and sizes, and most can be adapted to a particular facial structure. Silicone implants do not integrate with the tissue and can be easily removed later. Hydroxyapatite implants integrate into the natural bone and become part of the structure of the cheekbone.
The surgery is performed through an incision inside the mouth, but can also be made through the lower eyelid. In the bone surface is
