Penis Enlargement
"Penis Enlargement is a male genital aesthetic procedure that enlarges the circumference of the penis...."
The surgery is performed through a small incision in the shape of an inverted V in the pubic area, and working through it, the suspensory ligament is cut, liberating the upper part of the penis and producing its elongation. The incision is then closed by suturing the edges so that the inverted V takes the form of an inverted Y. The straight section of the Y corresponds to the length gained.
On average, enlargement produces a penile lengthening of 3 cm approximately; more
would be impossible since human ligaments have no longer extension.
Since this is a cosmetic procedure, shows no side effects. For the same reason, it doesn’t
correct male impotence or Penis curvature. The patient just acquires a much larger penis in
a flaccid as well as in erect state.
The surgery is performed under local anesthesia plus sedation, and can last 1 hour or so.
The procedure is outpatient; after the surgery is done, the patient remains for a few hours in
the clinic and then is discharged. The post-surgical recovery is quick and hassle free.
The patient should rest the first 24 hours and then resume his normal life without engaging
in activities requiring physical effort for approximately two weeks. Also, it is important to
abstain from sexual intercourse for three weeks. After this period the patient can resume the
sexual activity.
